Derek & Jeni Tjelle of Coal City purchased Genuine Pool Care from Jim & Maureen Bloom who founded the business in 1994. Derek & Jeni are excited to continue to serve Grundy County & the Chicago suburbs with full service & a retail business that GPC customers know & appreciate. Cameron Stiles, son-in-law of The Tjelles is the General Manager of Genuine Pool Care & apprenticed with The Blooms during their last three years.
